Hi, I’m Laurel Allaby, a licensed Realtor® serving Southern New Hampshire (and beyond). I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate with clarity, strategy, and care.

I founded The Allaby Real Estate Partnership because I believe real estate should feel personal. A home is more than a house. It’s where your life unfolds, and every move you make deserves thoughtful, honest guidance.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the New Hampshire real estate market, I specialize in helping families relocate, first-time homebuyers find the right fit, and sellers maximize their home’s value in today’s competitive market.

A Bit More About Me

I'm a proud mom of two incredible girls and share life with my loving partner. We’re raising a lively household of pets, including a German Shepherd, a Czech Shepherd, and their puppy from the third litter they gifted us (the love of my life, Moses), a crew of cats, a flock of chickens, and a confusion of Guinea fowl!

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me in the garden. I’ve learned to scale back (somewhat) and now focus on container gardening, and caring for a small orchard. Just enough to keep my hands in the dirt and my heart grounded.

I like to always have a plan, which is probably why real estate feels like home to my soul. Helping people prepare, make confident decisions, and move forward with purpose is what I do best.
